Host Flex

Host, a CBRE company focuses on experience services that connect the employee to the environments, amenities, and communities that matter the most.

In 2021, I joined a team of five to develop Host Flex, the future vision for Host that supports the new needs of a hybrid workplace and elevates the workplace experience by connecting the employee to who, how, and where they want to work while optimizing the delivery of services & spaces.

Initially, the project was created in partnership with Dropbox where Host Flex is looking to be the single integrator powering their new work experience. It later evolved into Host 3.0, the next-gen occupier platform that supports the new nature of flexible work.
